SIMBIOCITY: A New Chapter in the Story of Vilnius’ Business City
February 12th marked a special day for the SIMBIOCITY community — it was the moment we officially unveiled our new name and brand identity.
During an event held at the “Ozas” office park in Vilnius, community members, partners, and guests were the first to hear about this new chapter — the transition from the Technopolis name to SIMBIOCITY.
Soon, the new signage will illuminate the buildings, symbolising a new identity for the business city — a place where work, relaxation, and community come together.
Beginning a New Journey
“We’re proud and excited to begin this new chapter together with our residents, partners, and team,” said Rokas Adlis, Managing Director of SIMBIOCITY.
According to him, the new name represents not only change but also continuity — a commitment to maintaining high-quality service and nurturing the values that define the business city’s community.
The business park is managed by the Baltic Opportunity investment fund, administered by Lords LB Asset Management, which acquired the complex from the Finnish company Technopolis Lietuva. With the change in ownership, the rebranding process was also completed.
A Business City Where Community Lives
For more than a decade, the Vilnius business park has built a strong reputation. As R. Adlis notes, the main goal is to preserve that experience while creating even more opportunities.
“We want to build a symbiosis of work, leisure, and social life.
We believe we can achieve this because we’ve brought together a team of experts who are passionate about leading SIMBIOCITY and its community toward success,” he says.
Today, SIMBIOCITY offers a wide range of flexible office solutions — from coworking areas to headquarters for large companies. The park provides comprehensive services including design, interior planning, furniture rental, relocation, catering, and event support — taking care of every stage, from the first day at work to the daily well-being of employees.
