The “Technopolis” Name to Be Replaced — “SIMBIOCITY” Signage to Light Up Vilnius Office Park
The Technopolis name will soon disappear from the office park at Ozas in Vilnius — new SIMBIOCITY signage will illuminate the buildings, marking the completion of the rebranding process by the Lithuanian company that acquired the complex about a year ago from the Finnish owners, according to a press release.
The Baltic Opportunity investment company, managed by Lords LB Asset Management, completed the acquisition of the Technopolis Ozas business park in Vilnius from the Finnish-owned Technopolis Lietuva roughly a year ago.
However, additional procedures related to the transaction took some time to finalise, and the Finnish brand Technopolis is now being officially replaced with the SIMBIOCITY name.
According to Rokas Adlis, Fund Manager at Lords LB Asset Management and Head of the SIMBIOCITY business park, the park has earned a strong reputation over more than a decade of operations in Vilnius.
It offers an attractive and well-established package of office rental and related services, including consultations to help clients evaluate their office needs, full office fit-out, furniture rental, and a focus on employee well-being once companies have settled in.
Additional services such as cleaning and catering are also available for people working in the offices.
“We offer easily adaptable spaces at the SIMBIOCITY office campus in Vilnius, tailored to our clients’ needs,” said Rokas Adlis.
“The range of solutions is broad — from coworking spaces to private offices of various sizes, suitable even for large company headquarters.”
SIMBIOCITY also provides design and planning services, enabling spaces of any size to be customised to a client’s specific requirements — from layout planning and full interior design to furnishing, greenery, and even relocation assistance.
The business park is also an attractive destination for conference and seminar organisers, offering not only venue rental but also catering, technical support, and administrative services for event participants — ensuring a high standard and smooth execution.
By acquiring the business park from the Finnish company, the Baltic Opportunity fund aimed to maintain the park’s successful operational model while improving service quality and efficiency.
“Our goal is to create a symbiosis of work, rest, and social life,” added Rokas Adlis.
“We believe we can achieve this with a passionate team of experts dedicated to leading the SIMBIOCITY park and its community to continued success.”
