Wellness Culture at SIMBIOCITY: An Afternoon of Longevity with Audrius Kalvaitis
“When you start with small, physiologically meaningful actions, the body begins to change on its own — without pressure, guilt, or burnout.”
With these words, longevity architect Audrius Kalvaitis, founder of FØRMA and the “More Life” course, inspired the SIMBIOCITY community last week.
During the event “First Steps into Longevity Practice,” participants not only learned about the principles of longevity but also experienced them in practice.
Throughout the afternoon, guests had the chance to try the Pulsetto stress reduction device, the Lumaflex red light and NIR therapy device, and enjoy natural energy drinks from Brite.
Audrius emphasized that longevity is not just about nutrition or genetics — it’s about everyday choices that help us live healthier and longer. In his words, “When the body gets what it needs, it responds with energy, calm, and clarity.”
The key longevity principles discussed:
- Movement – daily, natural, and enjoyable.
- Mindful rest – the ability to recover, not just relax.
- Connection – human relationships that strengthen both emotional and physical health.
Research shows that community is one of the most important factors for a long and healthy life.
That’s why SIMBIOCITY aims not only to create comfortable spaces and modern infrastructure but also to foster a culture that encourages self-care and care for one another.
We want the businesses within our office city to naturally live healthier — where wellness, learning, and inspiration happen here, on-site, every day.
A special thank-you to our partners who contributed to the event’s theme and experiences:
