What size conference rooms are available for rent?
We offer rooms of various sizes – from cosy meeting rooms for small gatherings to spacious conference halls that can accommodate up to 250 participants.
Do the conference rooms have the necessary equipment for events?
Yes. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, speakers, microphones, and projectors or TV screens. Some rooms are additionally equipped with TV screens and Poly video cameras for use in remote meetings and broadcasts.
Would it be possible to rent a conference room for a few hours?
Yes, rooms may be rented by the hour, for a whole day or for longer periods, depending on the customer’s requirements.
Can catering be organized for conference events?
Yes. Catering services such as coffee breaks, lunch, or full meals can be organized for your event through our partners.
Would it be possible to decorate the venue according to the concept of the event?
Yes. You are welcome to decorate the venue or use your own visual materials, provided it’s coordinated with the administration in advance.
