The office is leased unfurnished; however, if needed, we can offer several flexible options: assistance in selecting and supplying furniture from our own stock, organising rental or purchase from trusted partners, and planning the layout according to your team’s needs and working style.
The space is equipped with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems that ensure year-round comfort, as well as modern lighting, IT, and electrical infrastructure — so you can start working right away without additional technical concerns.
Shared areas include everything needed for a comfortable and productive day: a kitchen with a coffee machine, lounge areas, and spaces for informal meetings or collaboration.
